We have developed a series of digital reproductions of significant documents that relate to select pieces of major legislation enacted in Florida during the past thirty years. This includes medical malpractice and tort reform, insurance regulation, banking and finance, and workers' compensation reform amongst other significant issues.

Orders for multiple documents can be discounted 10-25%. This charge does not apply to special compilations, which are priced separately. Documents less than 5 megabytes in size can be delivered via e-mail and documents greater than 5 megabytes and less than 80 megabytes can be delivered via a web-site link. For documents delivered in CD-ROM format, there is an additional $10.00 fee, which includes mailing costs. [SC 03] Jeb Bush Florida Governor’s Campaign 1994 Contributions and Expenditures

Republican John Ellis “Jeb” Bush campaigned unsuccessfully in 1994 for the Governor of the State of Florida against Democratic incumbent Lawton Chiles.  Bush’s campaign records for that year were imaged by the Florida Department of State’s Division of Elections, After imaging, the Division refiled the hardcopy  in an unorganized manner. The Division then inadvertently deleted the 1994 imaged documents.  The unorganized hard copy records that are currently in the Florida State Archives are the only known official record of that campaign. We have made copies of the some 11,000 pages of documents in this collection and have done some rearranging to put it into chronological order and indexing to make it more useable. Persons interested in this collection should feel free to contact us to discuss content and pricing options.

FLORIDA SESSION LAW COMPILATIONS
(under development)

In some thirty years of providing Florida legislative history and intent research services to legal professionals we have collected Florida legislative history documentation on multiple Florida Statutes (FS) sections from 1969 to date. The Florida Statutes (FS)are created and amended by individual Florida session laws (Laws of Florida).  For many of these laws we have prepared law compilations of documents that we now making available on a per law basis. Each compilation listed here is as complete as possible. These compilations always include official bill histories, committee staff analyses, Senate and House Journals and final law text.  Additionally we also include, where available, committee and task force reports, correspondence, voting records,  special interest reports and position papers, and other documentation we have located and deemed relevant.  This list is in the process of development and more session law listings will be  added over time.
